Cancellation
Your order is eligible for Cancellation within a period of 24 hours of placing it. You can cancel such an order through an email at support@pigeonedu.com Or through calling us on +91 9902880147.
Returns
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.
All the School learning products come with a trial period of 7 days. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement if you put in a refund request within 7 days from start of your first session.
After the specified period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
You are hereby requested to not accept any package that appears open, damaged or tampered with, at the time of Delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your request needs to be duly made through an email to support@pigeonedu.com or through a telephonic conversation on +91 9902880147. A Request made through only the aforementioned modes will deem to be a valid request for return or refund. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
1. If refund request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of commencement of the first class after purchasing the package 100% Refund is Eligible.
2. In order to be eligible for the refund, all requests for refund under Oda Class have to be made by email to support@pigeonedu.com from the user's email ID mentioning the registered mobile number in the refund request within the 7-day time period. Oda Class shall not entertain refund requests made after expiry of the said time period, or if the refund request is made using any other mode of communication.
3. For any products or services purchased by the users using the EMI, BAJAJ Finance, auto-payment, or any other payment offers, features, or options offered by a third party on the platform, users shall be solely liable for any applicable charges, penalty, or interest levied by such third party as agreed between the user and such third party, including without limitation, charges levied on refund requests, or cancellation of the products or services, in accordance with the relevant third party rules and regulations as applicable.
Oda Class shall have no liability in this regard.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Saving the case of product damaged at the time of delivery, Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
